ORDER ONLINE

• Order online and make payments with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or    Please note due to credit card company approval procedures, you could incur pending charges if billing information is inaccrate.
• OR email your order including shipping charges to:  info@clothdiaperclearance.com and you can pay by sending a check, money order, or cashiers check (all orders paid with personal check will be held until funds clear - US funds only).  You will receive an address to send your order and payment to.

• We are happy to accept phone orders.  Please phone us toll free at 1-866-843-6348, 608-235-3425, or internationally 001-608-527-4039.  If you get the answering machine, leave your:

• Someone will get back to you to take your order as soon as possible.

RETURN POLICY

• You may return or receive credit for any unwashed, unused, and in original packaging (if applicable) items within 30 days of original purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price.  Returned washed or used items will not be accepted and will be sent back.

  Please include a printed receipt from your email (if you don't have a printer please write the date of order, order number, your name, address, email address, phone number) and let us know what you would like us to do (refund or credit).   

  We do not offer exchanges since with a credit you can place a new order for what you would like and this will speed up shipping time. 

  Usually returns are handled within a couple of days of us receiving them but please do allow up to 2 weeks for processing.

MANUFACTURER DEFECTS

• Products are sold at a deep discount meaning there are NO MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES. 

CHANGING/ADDING TO EXISTING ORDER

• Cloth Diaper Clearance ships very quickly so changes or additions to an existing order are not possible. 
• If you would like to order additional items, please place another order online.  We will do our very best to combine the two orders and ship them together.

CANCELING ORDER

• Cloth Diaper Clearance ships very quickly so once your order is placed you can not canel your order.

SALES TAX

• There is NO sales tax on cloth diapers!  However, there is a 5.5% sales tax on all cloth diaper accessories to Wisconsin residents.
